in the style of a fusil circa 1780, with octagonal to round 36in. barrel banded at the intersection, signature to top-flat (rubbed but legible), replacement nickel fore-sight, engraved top-tang, flat borderline engraved lock with stepped tail and signed 'TWIGG' in script below the shallow pan, roller to the frizzen spring, swan-necked cock, walnut full-stock with replacement detachable fore-end, brass furniture and replacement iron ramrod
